Shuttle Buses pickup us up at PNF Parking Lot quickly and deliver us to MSP typically within 10-15 minutes. The Shuttles return from MSP to the PNF Parking Lot is usually very quick as well.

Ease of process - friendly staff
They are always very timely with the shuttles going to and from the airport. The only snafus was the fact that the guy who took me to the airport wrote down the wrong spot on my slip and then when checking out there was a problem with the gates opening up - this was weird but I was able to get out. Other than that I love ParknFly.

You have very nice, professional employees working for you. The 2 drivers that I had and the 2 booth operators were very courteous and professional.Very friendly indeed. Showed me empathy towards me having limited mobility and little strength for lifting my carry-on.
