The driver on my arrival flight pickup I feel that he went above and beyond to leave no stones returned. However, I do agree with one of the groupon buyers of the extra charge at check out. With that being said to purchase via the Patk & Fly app and NOT Groupon due to the extra $20 charge. You only saving about $25 versa $60. I purchased the 7 days uncovered parking.
No problems, fast drop off and pickup.
Valet parking was fairly efficient. A little wait, but not too bad. The drive to and from the airport was good. And my car was waiting when I got back. The only bad thing is that I got two little dings in my door from other people opening into my car.

Expensive but good to have the auto secured. Spaces are a bit narrow but adequate. Really need to know where one is located specifically. We could not so determine because the markings in back of the car had faded too much to see. Driver assisted with documenting our location. I did so as well my identifying a space 3 down which wasn't faded quite as much. Trip to and from the airport was straight forward. We tipped the driver while most did not. We were unaware of what was customary, if anything. Signage could be better at identifying the ramp vs the outdoor lot.
I will forever use Park ‘N Fly. It is located right next to the domestic terminals with shuttles that meet you right away at the car. The reminder texts and QR codes were user friendly. The best part was the text upon our return that told us exactly where to meet the shuttle and that we could text to have a shuttle dispatched in the event that there wasn’t one available. Also, we loved the free car wash option. Thank you for the superb service.

I was so pleased with the timing I was picked up at the airport - I placed the text and walked outside and it wasn’t even a 10 minute wait.
Quick and easy! Didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot at the airport. Shuttle service was prompt, helpful, and kind. Will definitely use this the next time I fly!

Service was professional courteous and highly responsible and very much appreciated. No issues no delays the parking and subsequent ride to the airport was pleasant and uneventful.
The free car wash was nice and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful
Ease of scheduling parking time and the speedy pickups at the airport. A couple of years ago in late January I traveled to Las Vegas, NV. Upon return the temperature was -30. When I was delivered to my car (which was not under cover) the driver waited until I was able to start the car before departing.
The service is great, friendly drivers and feel valued as a customer.
