We’ve mostly had positive, fast service here. We always feel our cars are in safe hands. Henry is one employee who stands out because of his friendly personality and attention to detail! He mentioned the company had had a decrease in employees and it was noticeable to us as well. Usually there is little to no wait for a shuttle to the airport, however, this last time, there was a short delay. This experience will not deter us from returning though. We will continue to use Park ‘N Fly for our future travels!

It was my first time using this service. I can’t believe they actually drove up to where you parked & picked you up. Same thing coming back as well, dropping me off at my car & helping me with my luggage. & a free car wash as well. Will deff use this service again the next time I travel!

I've always had very positive interactions, and so I'd recommend it again, but this last time I texted my arrival and was waiting for a shuttle for a little more than 20 minutes. That felt too long to be waiting.
