It was very convenient to make a reservation online and then just show the QR code to enter and exit. The bus picked us up at the car and the terminal. Everything was very easy. Since we parked for 10 days, it was nice to get the free car wash.

I had misplaced my parking site receipt, but my driver was exceptionally patient and helpful in finding my vehicle. His attitude and patience was a "cut above" other parking sites.

A shuttle bus was available as we parked. Both to and from airport drivers were friendly and helpful. The woman taking payment was very pleasant and personable. Overall a very good experience!

Even though I selected self parking, there were employees available to assist me when the lot appeared full. The quick shuttle pickup to the airport was great.

It was the first time ever that we had to wait for a van to pick us up at the office and it was a different feel as things have changed since I last used you. Otherwise we are happy.

Delivery to the terminal is quick and efficient.
My only issue is when I reserve covered parking, I have had problems getting into the area with the barcode and there is no way to call for assistance. Last time, we had to drive to the front for them to arrange a bus to go to covered so we could follow them in.
