Always polite and enthusiastic workers in the "booths" and the drivers are always so helpful and prompt.

Upon departure, my favorite time is getting on the transport and being able to give up control and relax. On returning, its knowing that the transport will be there, waiting for me, and then drops me at my car. So civilized!!
