Prompt, courteous service! Upon arrival our shuttle was loaded up an headed to the airport within 5 minutes of arrival and when we returned, a shuttle bus was already waiting for us by the time we gathered our luggage and headed out the door. Everyone was polite and helpful. Use them everytime we fly out of Hartford!

What do you like about our services?

It is so easy to use Park N Fly and the rates are very decent. The shuttles run often and pick you up and drop you off right at your car. The employees are super nice too! The only place I leave my car when traveling.

Best experience ever. Was picked up immediately when I arrived and was delivered quickly to the airport. I like the free car wash but was disappointed to learn it was closed when I was leaving.

Everything was easy. I didn't have my reservation with me and the associate was very helpful. She let me park without delay and gave me directions on retrieving the email. Exiting was quick and painless. The car wash was a nice touch too.

What do you like about our services?

We found that the paying and parking was so simple and convenient. The only thing I would say to improve on is the pickup time. We waited about 20 minutes for a van to take us to the airport even though vans were running through the lot. They kept driving right by us. Someone one finally stopped and picked us up. Pick up at the airport was awesome.

Easyand quick drop off and pick up. Prices are reasonable. Usually have great monthly coupons. Helpful staff to load and unload your luggage.
