The shuttle services were very efficient getting us to and from the airport. The only hiccup we had was leaving as I wasn't aware I needed my paperwork that I got in with to scan out. Guess I missed that part. But the gal at the gate was able to help us out.
Amazing service we took long at the airport coming out from immigration n then being stopped again and we was afraid the shuttle bus was gonna leave us but as soon as we stepped out he was right there waiting . Then they had our cars ready to go with no problem

Very easy and efficient. Obviously the prices are fantastic and everything is well organized. The only downside is having to change terminals at the airport for pickup/drop off, but the underground rail is super quick and with the size of the MSP airport is really negligible.

I like that the shuttle comes to your car to pick you up with your luggage and drops off the same way. The shuttle is always waiting when we come out of the baggage claim area. The price is right.
