Always easy to use. Disappointed the free carwash is no more though as always nice to leave with a clean car after it has been sitting in the elements.

Proximity, you pick me up at my car, assist with the bags and the new drop off/ pickup location is very nice. The drivers are always cheerful and friendly. After all of that, I think the prices are good as well.

The waiting time in the terminal is getting worse. You can see more frequent buses from parking spot..
The car wash has been out for the last month, and you keep advertising it.

Very easy and smooth operation. Upon my return, the shuttle was there in a few minutes and my car was waiting for me when I got off the shuttle.

We parked in space P-84 and there were ants in the vehicle when we returned--lots of ants! You need to spray that area.

When we arrived on Thursday afternoon, 6/8, we waited a long time for a pickup to the airport--about 20 minutes. This is very uncharacteristic of your service.

Overall, I still love the service and our pickup and dropoff from the airport when we returned was quick and friendly, as usual. Thank you!
