I like that I can leave my car in what I feel is a safe and secure lot, for 9 days. I like being picked up at or near my car, taken to the airport, then upon return, being picked up at the airport and taken right to my car.

The Reservation Service has always worked.
I have not yet had to wait for a shuttle upon arrival.
The Drivers give you a hand written note of your parking spot that you give back to them when you return.
To date, all drivers have be eagerly helpful and courteous.
I like that the lot is secure and I don’t even think about my car when I’m traveling because I know it’s in good hands.
Getting back to what is expected, thank you! I always park valet in the perks went away for a while and now you’re getting it back together. I pay the premium so when I get picked up, we takeoff right away and not drive around and pick up until the van is full.
