Shuttle drivers very pleasant & helpful with luggage. Shuttles were also on site on arrival departing and arriving. No waiting.

Price for services rendered represent a nice value.

I appreciated the driver taking me right to my car and helping get my bag in the car as it was heavy. I hadn't used the lot before and my son was concerned that I was arriving so late at night in a dark parking lot.

Ease of getting to location to park and getting out. Also, when arrival at airport is during daytime hours, service is good, quick. Employees are very polite and helpful.

Complaint is during late arrivals at airport, the turnaround time to being picked up is extremely slow and lacking.
