SUPER easy to use! I have the app which makes it easy but I’ve also used the web site. The prices are good, the parking lot is easy in and out and kept very secure! The shuttle bus comes quick and you never wait more than 10 minutes! I ALWAYS use Park N Fly when I’m traveling and will continue to do so!

I can honestly say that from start to finish was an easy process. Setting up account and making my reservation was a breeze. When I got to lot to park, the wait for shuttle was leas than 5 minutes. Once I returned to ATL Airport, walked to shuttle pick point, there was already a shuttle there. Every employee I was in contact with was kind, helpful and professional.

I travel a lot and will always recommend Park N Fly. The staff is so friendly. The drivers go above and beyond. They always put my luggage in my trunk for me and one time after being gone for a week I came back to my car being dead and the driver jumped it for me! The temps were below freezing and he didn't blink an eye at offering to help me. It's so easy to make a reservation and they never make me wait long when picking me up.

Efficient, good drivers. However HATE where the airport has let this service perform letting passengers get off an on at the VERY far end of the airport.

Super easy to use. Loved being able to reserve online and park where I wanted to in the lot. Kept my keys as no one else touched or moved my car (I used another lot that was so overcrowded and they parked your car and my car was damaged when I returned). Shuttle van picked us up right at our car immediately and took care of all our luggage. Was very easy to get a shuttle on the way back as well. And both drivers were above and beyond pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I will absolutely be using this lot again.
