Everyone is so helpful and polite. When I stayed recently, the parking lot was full except for those of us with reservations. I was driving around, trying to find a spot trying to find a spot to park, but could only find preferred spots when the bus driver pulled up behind me and honked to let me know that those preferred spots were for those of us with reservations as the lot was full. I so appreciate his help!

The entire parking and storing my car was efficient, clean and very easy to follow. Service was great! As soon as you arrive in their air-conditioned facility, someone is there to meet you and place your bags on their airport shuttle. They take all bags off for you which eliminates the need for you to struggle with removing the suitcases yourself! The return process was just as easy. As soon as you arrive back at their faciity, your car is up front and waiting for you. I use this service every chance I get!

I like the lots proximity to the airport terminal.
I was disappointed for the 10-15 minute wait on my outbound travel. It was around 6:30 am and we saw no busses for several minutes.

We were told it was during “shift change”. I would recommend you implement a staggered shift change so travelers are not left waiting and getting anxious — especially if a traveler has a tight schedule.

Aways a shuttle waiting to take us to our car if not there 10 minutes one comes in. Then the driver aways helps load the suit cases. Thank You Very much Park N Fly
