I've used both the self-park and valet options at Park N Fly and been happy with both. (Valet may be your only option for last-minute trips.) The pickup service was quick and everyone was helpful. The pickup service operates from the departure level at SFO, and the driver waited for me to figure out I was in the wrong place. Also, the text-for-pickup service is very handy.

Fast, efficient but lately you are overbooked, overworked and struggling to keep up with the demand. Most times a shuttle is available immediately from both the lot and airport. Parking is terrible. Cars are too close together and you can't even get in or out of your vehicle.

Your employee on my ride to my car on June 27 around 3 pm , I don’t know his name he was such a nice young man. We had a great conversation on the way to my car, that dude needs a raise. Thank you for the great service.

Everything went smoothly. Didn't have to wait long for anything. The return driver was very friendly and helpful. Very good experience . . . . a few notes . . . There needs to be a sign at the front that more clearly states what to do at the gate. Like: Move Slowly forward and Gate will Open. I didn't know if I had to get or show a ticket. Also, when you come into the parking area, the attendants should not be lounging and leaning back in chairs while eating out of styrofoam containers in plastic bags. They should be welcoming and helpful, with a professional attitude. I'm sure they have a break room, they should use it.

Easy parking, quick pickup after getting luggage and driver loading luggage and dropping off directly at vehicle even wanting to load luggage into vehicle. My driver was RINH who was very welcoming as we returned back to BDL and helped greatly by loading our luggage into your transport vehicle!
