Very convenient! My only mild complaint is that on our arrival date to catch our departure flight, it took a very long time for a bus to become available to take a large group of us to the terminals. I think this may have been due to availability of drivers. We still made our flight so it was not a huge issue. However, on our return we had zero issues. We were picked up quickly and brought directly to our vehicles. Drivers were very nice and had great customer service. All in all would definitely use the service again.

No long waits for transport to and from the airport. Hopefully this is good company policy and not just our good luck. Our original flight was cancelled, Delta gave us a flight for the next day. We were still able to use our reservation at PHL airport, which was great, and gave us one less problem to deal with. Appreciated that.

I would definitely use this service again. Everything was easy from making the reservation online all the way to the return pickup. The indoor, covered
option is well worth the extra cost since the summer temperatures in Miami were scorching. When you arrive back for pickup, they have your vehicle ready and waiting. Staff was friendly and shuttles were clean and prompt. A very professional experience and definitely a 10 in my opinion
