Shuttle service picked up loaded our luggage and dropped us off on time. Parking spots were nice sized and parking lots are completely paved.

I don't know if my timing was just perfect, nonetheless, I did not have to wait long at all for the shuttle. The shuttle arrived promptly on both ends of my trip. Driver and booth employees are very friendly.

Convenient and easy! We did not have to wait long for the vans to pick us up at the airport to take us to our car.

Easy and prompt. Only issue would be description of where to wait for pickup from airport. Text said D1 or D40. Went to D40 which did not exist and had to walk all the way back to D1 outside in heat with luggage and children. Pickup area needs better marked. That may be an airport issue. But reservations, parking, and dropoff were flawless. Had to leave at 4:00 am so that was nice.
