Fast friendly drop off and pickup. Also, we forgot a bag in the car and they took us to the car to get it and to the airport in about 10 minutes. Excellent service.

Convenient and easy to use

It is easy to make arrangements, the personnel driving the shuttles are very friendly. The only issue is that the parking spaces are very hard to get in to, yet I understand the necessity of maximizing the parking spaces.

I arrived at the Park n Fly at 4 am. I found it difficult to locate the signage to the Self park entry. I was politely greeted by one of the attendant's and was politely directed in the right direction. Upon entering the gate I found that the sign was small angled away from normal traffic. It would be nice to have an illuminated sign drawing attention to the gate. There were plenty of nice sized parking spaces to choose from and had no problem parking my full size pickup. Within a few minutes the shuttle bus came by an picked me up and and the driver helped me and others politely with loading our bags onto the buss. With just a short ride we were dropped off right at the doors to the airport terminal.

The night before my return trip I received a text message from Park n Fly with my gate code and instructions how to contact the shuttle for taking me back to the lot. The use of Text messaging was quick and efficient and the shuttle came right away. When I arrived at my truck I saw plastic taped over on of the rear door windows. In my rush to get to my flight that early morning I forgot to fully raise the window on that door which was noticed by one of the attendant's while I was away and they took the time and effort to seal the window with plastic and tape! What a thoughtful and above customer service act! I was so glad as well because there had been a lot of rain in the area. I will certainly use Park n Fly again!
