Seamless. This time I noticed the shuttle locator in the app _ very helpful to know where the shuttle is! That said, the “I need a pickup” button didn’t work.

I've used ParkDIA for 5 years plus. I love the feeling of safety when I leave my car parked at ParkDIA. Coming and going is easy with their shuttles.

Meet expectations of employees to assist (I use valet), pickup on time, help when/if the exit machine malfunctions. Especially good that the employees are pleasant and professional, too.

When we arrived they were very busy and taking only people with reservations, luckily we had one. We had reserved a covered parking spot but since they were so busy they just gave us a valet ticket and parked our car for us. It was ready & waiting when we arrived to pick it up too and with no extra charge for valet service - good job!

I like the smooth process from reservation to pick-up and checkout. The shuttle driver was very helpful and fully explained every step needed to load up our car and check out.

The location near the Miami airport is very close and easy to find. You offer enclosed and outdoor is a plus. The service to and from the airport was seamless, drivers and staff very friendly!

I use the the Park N Fly app which makes access easy. Vehicle is always safe and staff is very friendly. Minimal wait for a shuttle.
