Our first shuttle driver was very energetic, jumped up right away to grab our bags and help us off the shuttle. The second driver on our return home was a little less responsive to grab bags for the passengers. He was younger but less responsive, in my opinion. And maybe there are reasons for that (being tired, not feeling well, etc). Just my observation.

Convenient, courteous, helpful drivers. I like being picked up and returned to my car. The shuttle runs often so there isn’t a long wait.

I like that my car is safe in covered parking. Your busses come regularly and I rarely have to wait long. Your prices are very reasonable for the extra service.
