Great service and convenient to airport.
Your PNF app however is not working well and needs improvement
I like the convenience and safety of covered parking in a secure facility and the shuttle ride to the airport.
However, thr last trip left our family less enthusiastic about your service. The main problem is that on both trips, we were crammed into the van with multiple groups instead of previous experiences when we were one of about 3 groups.
On our starting trip, we were flying from E so this meant we drove around the airport with others for 15-20 minutes. We would have allowed more time if we had known.
On our return, it took 20 minutes for the pickup van to arrive after we notified you. There was a big crowd waiting so every seat was occupied.
It seems like you have fewer vans working, and that has a big impact on the customer service.

I've requested this repeatedly but here goes again: it would be FANTASTIC to have the entries covered! Both the main and the preferred parking. Rain can drench you when you're coming in. Or, how about electronic gate entry with tags like EZPass?
i left my car key in my car when i hurry- in TSA check points i think i lost my key somewhere in shutter i. i Email PNL for help- i have Email back from PNL they have my key- my Vacation with out worry- thanks.This service is very good from PNL

Convenient and priced fairly
I know exactly how long it is going to take me once i get to the airport because you are always there waiting and that is important to me vs hunting parking spaces and never knowing how far i will need to walk when parking on site at the airport. Also you are more affordable.
Friendly and efficient
Very easy access, lots of parking, very secured and quickly onto a shuttle. Very close at airport for quick drop off. On return, shuttle bus was there to pickup and easy return to parking/vehicle. For the price it was worth a huge win. Will use again and again.
