Usually it’s pretty convenient and I like the fact that we can get to the number 5 spot for pick up and the vehicle will be there.
It’s easy to reserve a parking spot. The price is reasonable. Getting into and out of the parking lot is easy. The lot is located close to the airport and the shuttle taking you to the airport runs frequently and getting picked up upon return is easy and fast.
Easy to call for a pick up. Customer service is above and beyond. Especially when we have come back from a long flight. Our car is always ready to go and bottled water is in our car waiting for us. A very nice and well needed touch! Staff is always very friendly as well.

Cost effective and always reliable
Easy, convenient and efficient. On arrival we got out of our car and were steps away from the shuttle which left almost immediately to the terminal. On out return the shuttle arrived promptly at the airport and our car was waiting for us by the time we arrived at the parking lot - again literally steps away from getting off the shuttle. Both times we were in and out in less than 5 minutes!

It was easy to make a reservation, the shuttle was prompt and drivers were friendly and helpful. It took about the same amount of time to park here and ride the shuttle as it would have to self parked on campus and drag my luggage to the terminal. Thanks!

On my last trip, there was plastic sheeting over my driver side window when I returned. The shuttle driver explained that the manager surveyed the lot nightly and covered any windows that had inadvertently been left open like mine had been to prevent damp foggy air or rain getting into the car. Service above and beyond! I will never park anywhere else.
