The staff was super friendly. Only complaint it was a but of a wait for pickup.
Had an issue with my reservation, but staff was able to assist and correct. At CLE, would be nice to have the scanners operational to scan QR codes.

Had problems with the ticket for self park lot. But the folks were wonderful especially the driver working Monday at 12 am I think he was Jamaican? Also, the woman who helped me figure out my self park pre-paid fee. It took a little time to figure out at 12:45 am. But nothing that would prevent me from coming back or recommending the lot to others.
