FANTASTIC!!! Drivers were timely, very helpful and courteous. The gatekeeper was patient when I couldn't locate paperwork (my bad, sooo sorry). I plan on using Park 'N Fly again hopefully in the near future and would recommend to family and friends.

It’s convenient and the drivers are very much characters

Everybody who works there is kind, friendly and efficient. I’m always met immediately at the gate with a smile, a van promptly arrives and off we go. The same when I return. The van always arrives amazingly fast and I’m on my way. I like that I can make a reservation, pay in advance and just show a QR code. This last time I mistakenly made and paid for a duplicate reservation. I sent an email explaining the mistake and an actual person wrote back and had credited my account. Good work everybody!

Ease of use and clean shuttle

The shuttle service is faster than the Midway remote parking. They also drop you at your car.

The parking lot is close to the airport, the driver immediately picks you up at your car and drops you off at the front door of the airport. The lot is secure and clean. This was the most convenient parking option I have ever used.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Both the airport drop-off and pick-up were speedy! And finding a small bottle of water for me in my car's cupholder was much appreciated. Thank you!

The ease of entering and exiting the facility due to everything being a QR code. The drivers were very helpful. The thing I appreciated the most is not having to stand around waiting for a van. We will definitely be back.

We were traveling with 6 people, 2 over 80 with mobility issues. We sent 1 person on the shuttle to get the car but forgot to bring the key. The shuttle driver returned through baggage, picked us all up and got us back to the car. He really went above and beyond and it was very appreciated!

Easy to use and friendly drivers and booth workers

There could be better signage instructing customers to wait at their vehicles for the shuttle to pick them up, or to go to a certain location for shuttle pickup in the lot.

Also, it was unclear how the "pick me up" button on the app related the email instructions to call a phone number when I was ready for airport pickup. Did I need to do both? Is one recommended over the other?

Shuttles appear to be in a constant rotation, so there is never a wait to get to or from the airport. The price is fair and actually better than paying for a taxi. And a free car wash to boot? Using Park ‘n Fly is a no-brainer!

The Army veteran gentleman who drives the van was awesome !!!!

The van was there when we arrived and we didn't have to go to other terminals. The driver was friendly and helpful with the bags. I also love the free car wash!

I like the car to terminal service. I enjoy the valet service upon return. I also like the fact that there’s no wait time for the shuttle service to the airport.
