This was our first time using Park ‘N Fly in Atlanta. The ease of making reservations online was clear. Really liked the communication via txt instructing us where to go when we needed to be picked up at the airport. The drivers were welcoming and prompt. I felt like my car was in a very secure lot as well.

We were very impressed with the quality of the customer service. All of the PNF team members we interacted with were very friendly and efficient.

Also, we had only a very short wait for the van to leave the lot - the van was there before we had our luggage out of the car! Th drivers readily helped with our luggage, we did not even have to ask for help. We also had only a very short wait to be picked up from the airport.

We were also offered a bottle of water when leaving for home.

Quick pickup at car

It was a painless. The driver helped me on and off the shuttle with my luggage and walker. I was picked up at door 4 shortly after calling when I got back to Minnesota. A nice experience.

The simplicity of finding a parking space, getting a shuttle to the airport and not having to navigate airport parking. It relieved my anxiety!

Great team at the San Francisco location, professionalism that exceeds expectations

When we arrived we were greeted by a very personable man who directed us where to park. The operation was smooth. The shuttle picked us up by the car and were given a card with the parking space number (save for return trip). The driver loaded our baggage and took us to our airline.
When we returned Rinh was waiting for us when we exited the baggage claim. He welcomed us home and put our luggage on the shuttle. He drove us right to our vehicle. Easy checkout, great people. I will definitely use Park N Fly again!

The shuttle was VERY prompt and got us to and from the airport super fast! Staff was very professional, and pleasant. I have been recommending parknfly to other people who are traveling the future.
The cost is also much less than parking at the airport- which is a huge bonus.
