I love the price and reliability of your services. The shuttle drivers are always kind and helpful. I always try to have cash for tips, but even when I don't the drivers assure me it is not a problem. However, I feel bad when I don't bc of their excellent service. It would be nice if they had the option to receive tips by venmo or some other means, perhaps through the app.
Which brings me to the app, I love it and I love getting deals in my email --- which says a lot bc I hate having an app and marketing emails from other services! The app is well designed (this is coming from a UX/CX researcher) and makes my travel experience more manageable.
One thing I'd like to note: I really wish y'all had porta-potties or bathrooms on the property. Driving in from various distances with very little bathroom options near, and then having to wait to get to the airport by the shuttle is often a stressful part of my customer experience. Otherwise, I will continue to use Park DIA and recommend your service whenever possible. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

The convenience and the quick pick up and delivery times. The driver that picked us up was amazing!!! He helped with luggage and made sure we was dropped off by our car.
The only thing I did not enjoy was when we entered the parking lot, this was my first time and I didn’t know where to park or how to do anything. Also, the driver stayed up in the front and didn’t come help me and my kids with luggage. We had to walk to him and he still didn’t help load or unload any luggage and didn’t give us a parking slip so we would have for driver that picked us up.

Very friendly and accommodating
I like convenience to the airport and normally having my vehicle in a covered garage. But this last time I reserved a covered space for two weeks of parking a couple months in advance and was placed outside.
Ease of reservation, ease & security in parking lot and discounted price.
Ckecking in was great service great but getting to be picked up a nightmare call the number on the phone at airport got a recording called your number on card a recording finally after 15 minutes waiting outside I had to call like I was making a reservation n finally got a person n yelled at them to send somebody to
Pick me up n a van showed up 10 minutes later after all was well but you should rethink n use the old way of picking us up

Convenient, safe and easy
This was my first time booking through Pak n Fly. Staff at the parking location was very friendly during checking in and checking out. Shuttle driver was also very professional. Only one complaint that the on-line booking has to many fees. The daily rate was fair for the area, but many fees attached to the booking adds up.
