Excellent service!

Covered parking and frequent shuttle service. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Buses are clean and reliable.

Convenient, Quick, On Time, Safe. Can count on getting to and from the airport on time.

My only complaint this time was with the 4 a.m. morning attendant. She was not at all clear about where we were to park and spoke so fast I was guessing what she meant. “Keep straight ahead, turn left I, K or J” She spit it out so fast I could not understand what she said. We did eventually find a spot but not because of her.

Really quick dropoff and pickup.

I like being picked up and dropped off at my car. I also like that my car never has issues when I pick it up. Nothing broken damaged or stolen.

We find Park N Fly Plus very convenient. The last two times we have made reservations the bar code we are given at the time of reservation on the app does not work. This makes getting in and exiting very cumbersome.
Please update technology so that it works as expected.

The shuttle service

I like that we are provided with kind drivers and the service is quick from lot to drop off.

We were picked up by the shuttle as soon as we parked. The driver was very friendly and helped with the bags when he picked us up and dropped us off.
When we returned at 2am we called and were picked up immediately by the same driver and dropped off right at our car, again he helped with the bags.
The parking lot had plenty of lights and felt very safe.
We will definitely be using Park N Fly again.

Easy checking in and out.

Very efficient. User friendly. Great customer service. Only thing I don’t like is you get there then drive around the parking lot picking people up until you’re packed full then you drive to the airport. So that takes a good 10-15 min.

Very convenient . All of our drivers are pleasant and do everything to help us. Ilene was so very pleasant and I am so thankful she was our driver after a very long day of traveling. She is truly a blessing
