I like to ease of making the reservation through the app, the discounts,security of the lot is huge I don't even concern myself with the once I drop it off. Also I like that if something happens I can cancel with no penalties. This is the best lot I've used Park DIA,👍🏾

Quick pick ups and friendly staff!

The whole process was smooth and efficient! We made reservations and when we arrived, an employee picked us up within minutes of us parking. He was friendly and explained things as he gave us a blue parking sticker with our parking lot number on it. When we returned from our trip, there was a shuttle waiting at the airport which was awesome as the weather was steamy hot and we were exhausted from our travels. This employee was also friendly and kind to us and explained how we would check out when we would drive out. When we tried to leave, we had some difficulties scanning the QR code and another employee came on the speaker and told us to find her and she would help us. We drove through the lot as in our fatigue, we neglected to ask where she was. We found her at the exit of the parking ramp and she kindly helped us. She also offered us water as it was soooooooo steamy hot. That was thoughtfulness was amazing.
I don't have any of these employee's names, but I hope that you are able to find them and share how their thoughtfulness and kindness was treasured.

Only one problem when I came in very early on Thursday 8/17 I went to the wrong side valet parking and didn’t realize it. I had paid for self parking. The woman at the desk didn’t say anything so I thought I was ok. When I landed on Tuesday 8/22 and went to the lot the young man said oh you parked in the wrong place and we have to charge you valet parking charges which I already had previously paid. Yes he gave me a discount but had to pay but why wasn’t I told this upon arrival on the 17th

Super convenient and all the employees are so friendly! Even more convenient this trip as with valet service I didn't even have to enter the building when I dropped the car off. I love coming home from a long travel day to see my car ready to roll - just hop and in head home!

Very efficient, easy. Only concern was driver when boarding bus at park n fly facility didn’t offer to bring our roller bags onboard. No big deal. Love park n fly but just a little disappointed that driver just sat in his seat as we boarded.

The Park 'N Fly service is not always 100% smooth, but last night was the best experience I have had. After arrival, the shuttle was there and there was no wait. I got onto the shuttle and was greeted by Olene in a very friendly manner. Unlike ever before in my past 8 years using Park N Fly. You can tell she really loves her job and that she cares. The true difference in Olene's service was when she dropped me at my car. I always want to tip when deserved and earned and this was definitely time to tip Olene. Unfortunately, I had no cash and made sure I told her that. She eased my mind and was more polite with that statement than you can ever imagine. Olene loves her job and is the true definition of the employee you want. Thanks for the incredible customer experience and I hope I can get Olene in the future.

Easy vehicle drop-off & Pickup,

It was super fast! When we got there, they followed us to a parking spot. The driver was very nice and helpful! When we got back to the airport the shuttle was waiting outside airport and brought us back to the spot we had our car. The same very nice guy. I wish I had asked his name. We have never got to and from the airport so quickly! We did have a little difficulty figuring out the QR code on the machine but the driver stopped and asked if we needed help.
