I have been using a competitor Anza Parking for many years and they have been inconsistent and disappointing over time. I switched to Park n Fly and had a completely different experience from the moment I drove onto the lot. The Valet helped with my luggage and both he and the driver were very friendly. When I came back after my flight the driver was about to pass when he saw me walking up and he waited to see if I was a Park N Fly customer so I had 0 wait time upon return.

Shuttle divers are very friendly and courteous. The wait time between shuttles was minimal.we did need assistance with our checkout/ payment at the exit ,as we couldn’t find our prepayment verification on our email, but the guy on the intercom was very understanding and helped us through the step by step process to complete our check out.

What do you like about our services?

Easy to get to. Transportation included loading and unloading of luggage to your parking place. Upon return, shuttle was waiting at airport curb, no waiting. 1st class all the way.
