I love the ease of parking, love the courteous staff; love the shuttle drivers who are helpful and know how to diffuse our tension when traveling; love the predictability of the place, the way they give you the exact space to park in and shuttle picks up from right there ; love that shuttle arrives at midway within minutes of texting after arrival. Check in/ check out is a breeze...even though there is a machine there - it is great to see a smiling face of the attendant when the machine does not read the bar code, they are happy to help instead of grumble.
The only thing is - there are way to many extra charges built into the price. It is not as affordable as it used to be.

You pick up immediately after you drop your car off. Takes you right to your airline. Picks up your bags into and off the van.
When you get back you just text come get me and they do.

Everything went well. Got picked up within 10 minutes of emailing you. Car in good shape when we returned.

We used the valet parking option. Very convenient! Will definitely use again.

One suggestion: Cleaning the windshield wouldn’t take much time and not having a week’s worth of dust on the windshield when driving into the setting sun would be nice.
