I always park indoors and I know my car will be safe while in there. I also like the price for a Park N Fly member. The service is good.

The main issue I always have is the website never shows my reservations. I have to go to my app to see it and sometimes it's not even there. I need to take a screenshot of my reservation to make sure I have a copy of it. It's been more than a year since I brought this issue and it's not been resolved. There have been a couple of times I reserved twice because I could not find the copy of my screenshot and when I reserved the 2nd time, it appeared on my phone app but not on the website.

The ease of getting to and from the airport is great.

A shout out to Rebel for his feedback and knowledge during our last trip. We usually travel very early in the morning and park in preferred parking but no shuttle comes to get us. Well, after talking with Rebel we found out the reason is that no one is in the tower making the shuttle drivers aware of people parking in that area or any area. If I arrive at 4 am then I now know to not wait for a driver to pick me up and that I have to walk to the front. If drivers parked up front they might see incoming traffic and know to get people.

This was my first time using park n fly and I loved it. Maybe this was pure luck but I liked that I didn’t have to wait for a shuttle bus at any point during my park n fly experience. I also liked that my car was pulled in just in time for our arrival. I experienced excellent customer service and I will consider park n fly for my future travels.
