I am more than pleased with your service. I lost my phone in your van to the airport on 9/17/23. I didn’t return till 9/23/23. I was in a panic all week we called Sat night (after tearing my house apart ) and spoke with David. David was very professional and extremely helpful. He verified he had my phone after I verified my phone. I then picked it up from Patriicia who was a delight to deal with and she explained to me that they found my phone in the van. I am more than impressed with your staff and I will use park N fly from now on . Thank you

It's scheduled ahead of time. It is easy to drive in, park and an attendant picks you up in minutes to take you to the airport. On the return trip, the shuttle is there also within minutes to take you back to your vehicle. They help with your big bags. It's great.

We use Park N Fly on a regular basis in both Oakland and San Francisco. It's easy to make reservations, park and shuttle over to the terminal and upon our return, the shuttle comes in a timely way! It makes flying so much easier when the parking is as easy as it is! The drivers are always helpful and courteous! We plan to continue to use Park N Fly and others should do the same!
Ease of parking and timely pickup
Overall, service level remains consistent. Possibly an area of opportunity in comparison to what I noticed qith other competitors is your pick up time or number of available shuttles is less. This causes longer wait times at the pick up point. I've noticed this has happened on my last couple of trips.
