Drivers have been very good and helpful, and pretty quick to pickup and deliver us as well. Love the automated way to contact you for pickup when back at airport.
Also the people in the office when we checkout leaving are fantastic, friendly and good. In our hot weather they have given out cold bottles of water which is very much appreciated also.

Everything worked out extremely well. The staff and easiness of dropping oof the car to their r ide to the airport. Ok m the return trip it was a quick affair the shuttle driver picks you up on the second floor of the terminal, I believe from doors 5 up door 31, brings you back N you are done.

When I returned to Atlanta and found the Park N Fly shuttle, I was the first one on. The driver was so polite and welcomed me home. After a few minutes, even though no one else was on, he took me to my car. I was so grateful!

the door to door service I get with the valet service. When I get back from a trip I had dealing with delays and I hate finding my battery dead or other issues that prevent me from getting home.

Denisha at the gate Helped us get it open . When travelers are EXHAUSTED and are assisted with sincere KINDNESS it Means everything. We are not young and able to do thing with ease.
So when help is given without requesting the help makes the person feel comfortable and cared about : when it is VERY uncomfortable to NEED Assistance for simple things. Yes your Service was considerate, Kind and welcoming.

I like that my car is safe and is running to heat or cool it off as necessary, depending on the weather. The people are friendly and you don't have to wait too long to get to or from the airport.

I love park n fly, it's super easy and convenient and the shuttles run around the clock which makes it even better.

When we arrived they were right in front of our car to pick us up! There was no waiting for the shuttle. When we arrived to the airport the directions for pickup was clear and again there was the shuttle waiting for us! I'm only booking Park n Fly from now on.

I'm still amazed at how easy these folks make dealing with the Atlanta airport. For too many years we suffered with airport parking, walking, and remembering where the darn car was. Always rushing.
We started using off-airport parking with one of their competitors (across the street) and for several years that seemed like a godsend, but then the vans took longer both in and out, and one time in the middle of a rain we got to wait a LONG time coming back in the evening, so on the advice of a fellow frustrated rider (an airport employee who got a discount) we decided to try p&f plus. ALWAYS right there coming and going, Great folks, great trucks, and the car stays out of the weather.. Can't ask for more.

Well, we still have the same issue where I prepay and when I scan my loyalty QR code at the exit it wants me to pay again so the PNF Plus programming is still at regular PNF. But, this time the attendant was very helpful, she actually remembered me from the previous incident, scanned my code in the kiosk and I was able to exit. She did a great job.

It is so convenient for me to use Park n Fly. The staff are really nice to customers and each other. Great service and great people.

We had a traveller in a wheelchair and although their shuttle did not have a wheelchair lift, they offered to drop our family at the airport in our own vehicle and then drove it back to their facility to park it. They also brought our vehicle to the airport upon our return.
