After purchasing my parking pass online, I didn’t even have to think. (I used their valet service too) Day of departure, I pulled into vallet and handed over my key. Boarded the Shuttle ride over to the airport; ride is very short. Didn’t even have to plan extra time for that.

Arrival back to PHL, I just text the # provided and the shuttle was there within minutes. I was shuttled back to find my car started and waiting for me.

All of the guys were VERY friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

We ordered our parking online. It was smooth. Arrival was great and so was getting back to our vehicle. Everyone was super friendly!

Transport is quick and very safe both in the delivery at airport and the return pick-up. Management has created an excellent phone system for contacting the company pick-up. We were able to have a quick pick-up after we secured our luggage. The drivers always help to load and unload your luggage. It is so refreshing that the drivers always volunteer the help and customers don't have to ask for help.

The Park n Fly attendant's were extremely professional courteous and helpful. The price was more than reasonable compared to others in the same proximity. In just a few short minutes we were parked and taken to the airport. I would recommend to pre-pay online. Fast processing in and out.
On the return we followed the simple instructions that we were given to us on how to call to have the shuttle come and get us and in a few minutes the shuttle arrived to pick us up.

Friendly and courteous

I think we can all agree that getting in or out of SFO or maybe any airport can be an "experience". Do we hire a taxi, Uber, or have someone drop us off? All of those options are available. I suggested to my wife to use Park N Fly but the cost is high compared to others but the others park your car at available space at a local hotel - how safe and convenient is that?

Taken all together, we decided to try Park N Fly. I have to say it was a very positive experience. To drop off our car, the Park N Fly is a little out of the way but we found it. Drop off was easy and we boarded the shuttle. Traffic was backed up but the shuttle driver knows all the shortcuts and avoided much of the backup. We arrived at our gate on time.

I received text message instructions about arriving to pick up our car, which I followed. The shuttle arrived and we were dropped off at the Park N Fly facility. Our car was ready and we were on our way. Bonus - the on-ramp to Hwy 101 south is RIGHT THERE!

Now just think, if we had to drive our car, or some one drive us, through all the airport traffic, we would be sitting longer and maybe panicking about making our flight. Using Park N Fly, we did not have to bother with airport traffic as much and did not inconvenience a friend to drop us off or pay for a taxi or other. We did not have to take the airport flyway (or whatever they call it) to get to a rental location. I have taken the flyway before and it can take 20 minutes to get to the parking structure then you go find your own car.

We will definitely use Park N Fly on our next vacation trip.
