I’ve used park and fly off and on for over 10 years and never had anything but good experiences. The only negative would be that my QR code from reservations will never scan. I have to get a ticket, then when I leave, I have to get the ticket and the reservation code handled by the office personnel.

It is very apparent that you have added drivers to your bus fleet. Drop off times from the parking lot to terminals is noticeably shorter. Pick up at airport terminals has gone from painfully slow to a bus being onsite or quickly at the terminal pick up point regardless of time of day. I like being able to self-park, and the shuttle is always there waiting to bring me to the airport immediately after I park. It's also very quick to arrive at the airport when I return.
