The Saturday of Labor Day, I dropped off my car, the system was down. It was early in the morning (7am) and the PNF team had altered their usual service to valet all vehicles keeping up with cars and keys and getting us to the airport in a timely manner. They all had a positive attitude and were rolling with the changes. When I arrived the next day to pick up my car it was an easy pick up. I commend all the employees for their friendliness and professionalism under less than ideal circumstances!

The process of checking in and out has become very smooth. I really love the txt message that has the QRC for my appointment. Please do not eliminate the paper back up QRC since sometimes technology has hiccups !
