They try to match the caregiver to the client and are very involved with your care. You always talk to a real person, never a machine.
The home health care worker is very professional, concerned, and friendly. She assists when she is here. Someone I talked to yesterday asked what company was coming to the house and I responded Senior Helpers. I indicated I would recommend Senior Helpers if she needed assistance.
