Well, my Mom has already visited the store and was working with Mr. Tim. Upon my visit with her I found Mr. Tim to be patient and kind. He didn’t try to force a sale but allowed us, mostly me, to look around and check other options. (My Mom had already chosen a set she was interested in) Anyway, I found something else and it ended up being on clearance! Mr. Tim wasn’t swayed by the less expensive sale but worked it up with grace!

We didn’t want to be followed around while we shopped. We were left alone and when we were ready to purchase we spoke with our salesperson. I hate trying to shop and talk over prices with my husband and the salesperson is right there where we can’t discuss what we can and can’t afford. Jesse was there in the background and when we wanted to talk or ask a question he was there. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
