Great customer service. Sales individual knowledgeable of product, showed different options, gave recommendations to complement items that we were interested in purchasing. Polite, gave us time alone to discuss the various selections, and answered our questions.

Well, my Mom has already visited the store and was working with Mr. Tim. Upon my visit with her I found Mr. Tim to be patient and kind. He didn’t try to force a sale but allowed us, mostly me, to look around and check other options. (My Mom had already chosen a set she was interested in) Anyway, I found something else and it ended up being on clearance! Mr. Tim wasn’t swayed by the less expensive sale but worked it up with grace!
I can discern a person’a attitude and he has a good one! Thank you for a nice in-store experiment and thanks for our nice furniture! 😃
