The only thing with my Ashley card, I had to go to my local Ashley store to sign a receipt, curbside. I thought if I placed an order outside the store by phone or online, I wouldn’t have to do that.

She was very patient, and didn’t make us feel rushed. Even when we thought about our options and came back, she remembered our preferences and was excited to show us more. I recommended Ashley’s to my sister because I was so impressed, and her customer service was just as amazing with another store associate. My sales lady Kathrian was amazing. Her customer service was impeccable. She was not pushy, she let me look but was there for questions and showed me items of interest. She was so friendly. I felt like I was shopping with a good friend.
