Great customer service
Salesperson found specific item I came in to see, then showed me a couple other options, one of which I liked better. I wasn't ready to purchase, so she gave me specific numbers to find them online to continue to consider. She was not pushy at all, and I'm planning to be back to make my purchase.

The only thing with my Ashley card, I had to go to my local Ashley store to sign a receipt, curbside. I thought if I placed an order outside the store by phone or online, I wouldn’t have to do that.

Catherine was amazing, as she really listening to what we were looking for and helped us paint a mental picture of what our new houses furniture set up would look like. She was very patient, and didn’t make us feel rushed. Even when we thought about our options and came back, she remembered our preferences and was excited to show us more. I recommended Ashley’s to my sister because I was so impressed, and her customer service was just as amazing with another store associate. Thankyou for the amazing experience during the stressful times of furniture shopping! We can’t wait to come back.
My sales lady Kathrian was amazing. Her customer service was impeccable. She was not pushy, she let me look but was there for questions and showed me items of interest. She was so friendly. I felt like I was shopping with a good friend.
