Saleslady was pleasant and knowledgeable. She understood that I was window shopping and not ready to make a purchase; and so, there was no pressure. She gave us plenty of time to experience the differences in the mattresses.
I did not like the mattresses in the sofa beds. A heavy person could feel the bar beneath the mattress.

Jim, the gentleman who help me, was very friendly and helpful! He took time to listen to me and took me around to sectionals that matched my criteria. He did this all at the end of closing without rushing me or treating me like I was an inconvenience or hold up to him! Awesome customer service!
