Keith took great care of me from the moment I walked in the store and made sure that everything I said I wanted was accounted for. John in closing/finance was very friendly and also did his best to make the process quick enjoyable and efficient. I did and I am having issues with not receiving product the 8 to 12 week window ended up being 19 weeks for the other parts of my bed so I could finally put it together yet I am still waiting on two items. The only reason I gave y’all an excellent is because of your employees hard work butFor timely delivery I would give you a zero because as I stated I have still not received all of my product that was ordered on December 16 and it is now March 27.

it was mostly a wonderful experience . The only thing i had a problem with is the delivery time span being three hours and then they only give you 10 min notice. I missed the first delivery and had to re-schedule and find someone to stay at my house for three hours and wait on them because i could not miss work.
