The sales rep, Sandra Overbey, was relatable and very informative. We sat with her and went through all the details and came away satisfied that we made a good decision. Our new love seat and recliner are beautiful and very comfortable. They will be a lot better when we get delivery of our center console and other arm for the recliner, however, they are still very usable. The delivery went fine and everything is set up like we wanted. Thank you. We will soon be buying a new home and we will be back.

Brett assisted us with our purchase. He was very easy to talk to and wasn't pushy at all. There was so much to choose from on their showroom floor. We were exhausted that day and luckily we were in and out in no time. We still haven't received our sectional so I cannot provide feedback on shipment and product, but the overall shopping experience with Brett was very pleasant. Ps another positive about their shipments is the wait time is a fraction of what other main furniture stores are offering. Something to keep in mind!

Our sales person was very helpful and gave us space to look around first. We were also given a Fire fighters discount which we were not expecting. Overall great experience and would recommend to our friends and family.
