My sales person (Michelle Jakob) was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did not hover over me while I shopped. She knew exactly where to look for answers she didn't know off the top of her head. The entire process from start to finish was easy and quick.
The person behind the counter completing my sale was also very nice and professional. I can't think of her name at this moment, but both of these ladies deserve recognition for knowing there stuff and for being pleasant to be around.
