The person who helped me was knowledgeable about the product I was looking to buy. There wasn't any wasted time. I was approved for credit quickly and was out of there in less than an hour. The longest part was picking out what I wanted.

The sales lady who helped me was the only sales person on the floor who asked if I needed help. She asked if I was greeted by anyone? I told her no. So she showed be around the store. Very helpful. The other sales team was not very friendly. They were on their cellphones or talking to one another.

Wonderful Customer Service!
The customer service provided was excellent from everyone we encountered! Following the shopping experience I went on the Ashely website to browse additional items and it was very confusing trying to understand the price differences between items on the web verses the store. I followed up with a store representative and it was explained to me. However, it is very confusing when you shop on line and the prices/sales offered are significantly different. When shopping on the website...I think a disclaimer should be noted to ensure customers are fully aware of this. I was totally dissatisfied with the online experience!
