Preston was so helpful. I told him we were looking because we are going to relocating to Carolina soon and we are in search for a new couch. Preston answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable about the products. I never felt pressured or un important because I wasn’t purchasing that day. He suggested a different option to what I liked, if the new couch I picked wouldn’t fit in our new home, he showed me a different option in the same couch if the sectional didn’t work for us when we were ready to purchase. He also explained the different color options, and what we could start with then add over time. I was looking at the rawcliffe sectional. Preston was so great I took his business card and will definitely be asking for him when we are ready to make our purchase!!! Awesome awesome job Preston!!!

The representative was polite but he wasn t aggressive. Thats important when you go into any store. Sometimes salesman will run you away when they keep asking you over & over. Had a general conversation. He was very laid back.
