We loved Preston's low pressure sales. We were able to browse the store without pressure. Preston introduced himself and let us know he was available if we needed him. When we left, he gave us his contract information. We did visit other stores. But, I liked the style of the dining room set we saw in your store. I called Preston. He answered my questions. We decided to go ahead and order the dining room table and chairs. Preston gave us a realistic delivery date. We were pleasantly surprised when delivery was arranged much sooner. Your delivery crew was polite and professional. They did a great job of delivering and assembling.

I have had many issues with a piece of furniture I ordered last year and was in the store looking for a replacement as the store offered me a credit for the original piece.
I have made many purchases from Ashley in the past with no issues, but was leary after this latest incident. After finally determining a suitable replacement it appeared the piece was no longer offered as I needed. I did a bit of googling and found it was offered online so the store made all adjustments needed to order for me.
It is backordered so I can't comment on the actual piece, but the store did make sure to make things right with me after a year of bad pieces being delivered.
Preston was honest and promised to keep me in mine as a customer & not his commission. He’s extremely personable and friendly!
Saleswoman was very helpful and attentive to our requests and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Not pushy or overly excited to sell us something.
