I was looking for a new bedroom suite but didn't really know what I wanted. Esteban went to great lengths to guide me to the one I was looking for. Then helped me choose the perfect mattress for my needs.
His knowledge of the products available was very extensive and his technical knowledge of the products was remarkable. I can't thank him enough for the help he provided to me as I navigated all of the possible choices. He is the very kind of salesman that I like to work with.
I loved the chairs however, there were three delivery guys that delivered the two chairs. Two of the guys put the chair together in the living room and it was perfect but the lone guy that put the chair together in the bedroom couldn't get the back rest on correctly so when I (an 80 year old lady) was trying to move the chair so it would recline the back fell out and I had to get someone to help put the chair together. Also there were no screws put into the flap that holds the way to recline the chair so it is loose and makes it hard to recline the chair. One of the chairs were delivered in perfect condition and one of the chairs were not in such great condition. Sort of disappointed after having such great results in the other purchases I have made at Ashley.
Our salesman Henry at the store in Burlington NC was great. He pushed me around in the wheelchair and was very patient and treated me like he would his own grandmother. Even after the sale he wheeled me out to my car.
