Tucker was excellent and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and listened to what we said and did not try to sell us what we did not want.
My family of six went into the store a month ago, and we were greeted by Amber. We weren’t ready to make a purchase at that moment, but she showed us a few options, and upon sitting on the Elissa Court I knew we’d found our couch. Amber stayed in touch with me via text throughout the month, and when we were ready to come back in, she made sure to be there. She showed us all the benefits of the couch and showed us different financing options. Our experience with her was great. Looking forward to our new couch.

shopping was great, but the communication for shipping could use a little help. would be nice to get something that said we have your order and getting it ready etc etc, delivery will be in so many days, anything would be nice to confirm this information
