Brian was great! After a mediocre experience at another furniture store, I was so glad to have someone who 1) acknowledged me, and 2) was willing to help me with everything I was looking for. He had excellent product knowledge and customer service skills. Also, the rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Personal service, never felt rushed, sales associate offered valid suggestions.
He knew what I wanted exactly, and was very helpful when we told him our bottom dollar.

Both Lavin and Joanna were extremely helpful! They took the time to get to know what we needed, and how we would use our furniture. They showed me all the different levels and explained the differences in a clear way. They are very knowledgeable and we're not pushy at all! I didn't feel rushed to purchase! We chose the living room set we want, and we will defiantly be purchasing our furniture at this location in the future!
I have been looking at bedroom furniture for awhile, and my experience in this store was very professional! The manager that assisted me was very helpful and went as far as measuring bed, night stand and honored the price that was quoted early on. I am waiting to move first then purchase bedroom set, chaise and pieces for living room. I will return to store October, November! Ms. Last name removed, August 1, 2017.
