We were met by an associate that greeted us and asked how he could assist us. He directed us to the area we were interested in and allowed us to browse. He checked in to see if we needed assistance and answered any questions we had. We in no way felt pressured. Once we made our decision he helped us complete the transaction. We were very pleased and will absolutely shop at Ashley in the future. Thanks, Ben, for your expertise and laid back demeanor!

Our Salesperson, Sam, was great. Helped with all our questions and gave us space to check out sofas on our own as needed. We especially liked that he was able to point out high performance fabrics since we have a dog and described his personal experience owning Ashely furniture.
